Setup instructions

Follow these steps to go from download to a live exam session.

    Register your center online

    Create a center account and choose a plan by station count and billing period.

    Pay the license invoice

    Pay via Paystack or Flutterwave from the center portal or your Glona account billing page.

    Install and activate Hub

    Install Hub on the center server PC, then activate with your center API key and license code.

    Install Stations on candidate PCs

    Point each Station to the Hub LAN address shown in the Hub dashboard.

    Start an exam session

    Create a session on Hub, admit candidates on Stations, and sync results when online.

  • 8 GB RAM recommended (4 GB minimum)
  • Stable LAN; internet needed for license activation and cloud sync

  • Windows 10/11 recommended for candidate PCs
  • 1366×768 display or better
  • Same LAN as the Hub machine
